These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by claiming all claimants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. • The Promotion is only valid for orders placed online, and only valid at the time of placing a new order.
• The Promotion is valid and will apply to specific products, while stocks last, and may be withdrawn at any time.
• For the following items/categories a voucher code is not valid and will not be applied :
• Any products that are situated within the 'Pan Set' area of the website, or the 'Create Your Own' category.
• Any discounted products on the site, including those that are situated within the 'Special Offers' area and any associated sub-categories, or automatic promotions including but not limited to “buy 3 and get one free” promotions.
• The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other voucher code or multi-buy offer. Only one voucher code can be used per order, per person.
• Meyer Group Limited (“Meyer”) reserves the right to decline orders where, in Meyer’s sole discretion, a promotion code is invalid.
• In the event of product returns, refunds will be given for the value of the original purchase. For the avoidance of doubt, refunds will be in the amount of the product with applied discount and not at the Regular Retail Price (“RRP”) of the item.
• In the event of a partial return of an order, the monetary value refunded will be the value of the item(s) at the time of the transaction with the discount applied.The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the Promotion is still valid at the time of making a return, you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
• Meyer reserves the right to revise these terms and conditions at any time.

Our newsletter Promotion is valid for new email subscribers only.

To receive the Promotion, you must sign up to our newsletter by completing the
following steps:

• Enter and submit your email address on our online signup form.
• You will then receive an email asking you to confirm you want to receive emails from us. This is to enable us to comply with EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
• Once confirmed, you will receive a welcome email from us with your voucher code (usually within 24 hrs).
• If you have not received your email (please check your junk folder) after 24hrs, please contact our consumer care team, by filling in our contact form.
