"I was skeptical about the tool set leaving scratches in stainless steel pans. So before my purchase I reached out to Hestan and they replied that they wouldn’t scratch my pans. So, I bought the chef tools and they were just like they said. They have not left any scratches in my pans. I love the way they look hanging above my stove. "Where do I start? First off the customer service provided by Mr. Michael Kane is phenomenal. After doing countless hours of research, I decided (definitely not settled) on the 18-Piece Titanium Cookware Set with Dutch Oven and the Ultimate Chef's Tool Set, 8-piece set. My wife was concerned that I was “investing” on this cookware. Before the set arrived, I received a call from Mr. Kane who provided me with some tips. Once the se arrived, my wife was in shock, ""Absolutely Gorgeous Set!” Was her response. Since cooking with the pots and pans, I can say that we are both impressed of the quality, beauty, ease of cleaning, and most importantly, the performance. This is not an inexpensive set, but it is well worth the price and I would purchase it again without hesitation."

"I hesitated in purchasing because I wasn't sure how heavy the sheet pans would actually be. It turns out thy are beautiful, heavy, high quality, pans that I expect will last a lifetime. The pans clean well and are heavy enough that they I don't think they will ever warp. Pans also come extraordinarily well packaged. I love the eighth sheet stainless steel pan size so much, I came back later and purchased several more as stocking stuffers / gifts."

"I am getting the hang of using stainless steel instead of non-stick pans for all of my cooking. I love this pan. It is sturdy and can handle high heat. I can cook 3 pounds of ground beef or sausage at a time which helps with my batch cooking. I will be looking to add a skillet soon! It has been easy to clean though is staining a bit. I think this will last a decade or more!"
"I cannot review, because I didn't receive the cookware. I was out of town for an emergency when it was scheduled to arrive, and I schedued through though UPS to have the order held at The Lebanon, OH, UPS Store. By the time I returned, the order had been sent back to the shipper."
