"I was curious as Ive been seeing all the hype on youtube. Its become my favorite everyday pan. So versatile, searing, braising, on the grill. etc. Expensive but worth it. I used to be a cast iron/carbon steel die hard but titanium is it. Easier to maintain and clean. Yes, there’s stain but it doesn’t affect the performance."
"Great cleaner for the NanoBond cookware. It easily removes those stubborn heat stains and blue discoloration, making the pans look brand new again without a crazy amount of scrubbing. Definitely worth using to keep them shiny."
"Overall, the pans (8" and 11") are beautiful and perform well for frying and sauteing. For frying they are stickier than the Calphalon pans we replaced. But we expected this as they are not truly non-stick pans. When frying eggs for an omelette with butter and olive oil, following instructions, the omelette almost all released but stuck in a few spots."
"I love the 14" chef pan. I didn't order the lid. Not for sure how much I would ues it. The Nano bond cleaner is great. It really keeps your pans looking sharp."
"The essential pan is beautiful, but knowing it is stainless steel it has its limitations with what you cook. For example, if you are stir frying without much oil, food WILL stick. Also, food will still stick to the sidewalls of the pan because it’s impossible to maintain an oil layer on the vertical sides. To maintain its finish you also need to do maintenance with vinegar or the cleaner (the cleaner is magic), so don’t expect polished look each time. All in all, I love the pan, but realistically speaking it is not perfect."
