Amazing Cookware - Cookware Revolution

"I was curious as Ive been seeing all the hype on youtube. Its become my favorite everyday pan. So versatile, searing, braising, on the grill. etc. Expensive but worth it. I used to be a cast iron/carbon steel die hard but titanium is it. Easier to maintain and clean. Yes, there’s stain but it doesn’t affect the performance."

Beautiful and performs great. A bit sticky, though.

"Overall, the pans (8" and 11") are beautiful and perform well for frying and sauteing. For frying they are stickier than the Calphalon pans we replaced. But we expected this as they are not truly non-stick pans. When frying eggs for an omelette with butter and olive oil, following instructions, the omelette almost all released but stuck in a few spots."

Beautiful but has limitations

"The essential pan is beautiful, but knowing it is stainless steel it has its limitations with what you cook. For example, if you are stir frying without much oil, food WILL stick. Also, food will still stick to the sidewalls of the pan because it’s impossible to maintain an oil layer on the vertical sides. To maintain its finish you also need to do maintenance with vinegar or the cleaner (the cleaner is magic), so don’t expect polished look each time. All in all, I love the pan, but realistically speaking it is not perfect."

"I did extensive research as I was looking to upgrade my cookware. I bought the 10 piece titnium nano bond set and it is incredible. Great performance and looks beautiful. non stick (omelette making a delight) WOuld definitely recommend and intend to continue adding to my collection."

"We love the quality of this product enough that we are placing an order for the 11" skillet. We've owned other 'high' quality products but these are the best due to quality of product in that it feels light but sturdy, minimal sticking of food, easy cleanup."

Mostly good

"This pan conducts heat exceptionally well on a gas stove and uses less heat to achieve cooking than my previous calphalon cookware. I am not as pleased with the discoloration after initial use, even with cooking pasta. And it is easily scratched as I found out after using a fork to check pasta doneness. One of my pans has distinct quarter size blue patches evenly spaced around the bottom of the pan, This does not come off with the Nano Cleaner. I doubt this affects the performance but is not aesthetically pleasing considering the cost of these pans."
