"Excellent cookware, except for the polished, unknurled, thin, undersized, flat handles. They're difficult to hold with hotpads (a requirement during use) and impossible to hold while tilting the pan to pour it's content out. The handles are a bad design and completely inappropriate (dare I say insulting?) for cookware of this caliber and price. DO BETTER..."
