Thomas Keller Insignia is dishwasher safe. Unlike other stainless steel cookware, Thomas Keller Insignia's sealed rims prevent delamination making it truly dishwasher safe. Over time, stainless steel may stain due to oil build up. Any staining or residue can be scrubbed with the powder version of Barkeeper's friend and a soft scrubber.

"Thought it is slightly concave and not flat, it does what it’s supposed to do as intended by it’s inventor. Not the intention of some users. With its concave design. The lid does sometimes slide off of a pan. I wish the disc were literally flat and was thicker and heavier. The handles are what I love. And the quality is top notch. If these made in titanium NanoBonded these would be delightful. But again, the only drawback is that they were advertised as being flat and they aren’t."
