"Excellent for cakes especially! Very thick on the bottom so no dry bottoms on any cake I have baked with this pan!!!! The regular pans I used to use was hot or miss not with these. I actually bought 2 so if I have a cake in one I can use the other for lasagna or chicken pieces in oven for dinner. These pans are fantastic."
