Over time, stainless steel may stain due to oil build up. Any staining or residue can be scrubbed with the powdered version of Barkeeper's friend and a soft scrubber.

"I have to say, they are everything I read they would be. They were securely packed and once I unpacked them, they are so beautiful let them sit on the counter for a few days to just admire them! I have now used all but one so far. I love cooking with them! They feel so good in your hand, just love the handles. I am starting to get the hang of getting them not to stick. I’m sure that will become more natural over time. I’m hoping they inspire me to up my cooking game ;) I know there was probably something out there I could have gotten by with but I just kept coming back to these. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!"

Nice Addition to the Family

"Having a larger pan is all ways nice for particular dishes. The medium rondeau meets that requirement. My nanobond 14 qt chef’s pan is still the top of my list, but this is a great adjunct. Most of the rest of the “family” is probond and Keller because I like the unpolished exterior. However, this is my 3rd piece of polished, it does seem the interior is closer to that of nanobond. Maybe I am mistaken, but I DO like it very much."

Much better than All clad

"My wife can burn water so I really need some sort of non stick pans around the house. We have been using All clad for years now for their stainless pans. We purchased a couple non stick pans for eggs and such. They didn’t last long at all. I have been on the hunt for a much better non stick pan and we have finally found them. They work wonderfully and I don’t think my wife is able to get food to stick to them yet!"
